After School Art Clubs

Hello! If you have landed here you most likely would like to book your children or children into one of my after school art clubs - welcome!

I offer after school art clubs at two local schools: High Littleton C of E Primary School and Farrington C of E Primary School. I run two after school art clubs at High Littleton school one on a Tuesday and the other on a Thursday and from Term 3 I will be running one on a Monday at Farrington Gurney school too. I have been running and art after school at High Littleton C of E primary school since 2021.

How they work?

After school art club is run on a termly basis. You can sign your child or children up every term or just one or two; it’s up to you. Each term is differnt and the children produce one main art project plus other mini art pieces. Your child will get to experience projects like expressive abstract paintings, collage paintings and making their own concertina sketchbook. All the materials used in art club are provided be me, which include artist quality paper for the main projects, artists quality paint and any tools we use. The after school art clubs take place at the schools and I will run in conjunction with the usual after school club time for that school. I have a DBS certificate and I have been through the appropriate safeguarding training for the Midsomer Norton schools partnership trust. After school art club is £35 per child for one term.

How do I sign my child up?

Your child must attend either High Littleton C of E Primary School or Farrington C of E Primary School to sign up. You will find an icon below for each school with the appropriate term it is taking place. You will notice there are 2 icons for High Littleton school, this is because you will choose if you would like your child to attend the Tuesday session or the Thursday session. All you need to do is click on the school and day that your child would like to attend, scroll to the bottom and click ‘add to backet’. Once you have signed up I will send you an email to confirm your child or childrens place(s) and I will share this with the appropriate school so that they know your child is attending. I can take a maximum of 12 children per art club night so if in the event that the art club is full, please contact me by email and I will keep your child on a waiting list. High Littleton After School Art Club

These sessions run from 3.20 to 4:20 starting Thursday 26th February 2026 for 5 weeks. The sessions are run at the school.

This term will be making our own concertina sketchbooks - the children can choose to use these sketchbooks in an abstract way or use them to sketch in - the choice is theirs. And if they have created one of these before with me at art club, then that’s a great reason to create another and see how they have developed artistically.

This is a Thursday session and takes place at High Littleton Primary school.
This club will run for 5 weeks during Term 4
The art club dates are:
- Thursday 26th February
- Thursday 5th March
- Thursday 12th March
- Thursday 26th March
- Thursday 2nd April (last day of Term 4)
- Please note there is no art club week commencing 16th March as school have parents evening this week and the teachers will need the classroom I usually use for art club.
You can sign your child up if they are in years 2 to 6.
No previous painting experience needed.
All materials provided including aprons.
